Digital Displays: Service Tips & Tricks

Servicing LED digital displays can be time consuming and costly. Sometimes servicers make multiple trips to the install site and spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. This session will teach service technicians the general anatomy of digital displays and how each part works together. It will provide guidance on how to prepare for an effective service call, how to find support online and when to call technical support. Using these tips and tricks will help to reduce the amount of time spent on site and on the phone with support.?
